Sorry, we cannot take reservations without a credit card. Feel free to call or come by upon arrival. All bookings go through our online secure system and require a credit card. Should you borrow a card from a friend or family member they will only be charged a one Euro card verification fee as opposed to the 10% or 20% charged by other online reservation services. You can then pay cash on arrival.
We only provide shuttles from the hostel to the airports as we have found that it is cheaper (and less complicated) to take a taxi upon arrival especially if it is for 2 or more people.
We cannot send written, faxed, or emailed individual confirmations required for tourist visas from some countries. However, a booking confirmation with full name and dates corresponding to your visa request is usually sufficient to obtain a visa. It is best to have each member of your party's full name on the reservation.
Yes, although please note that we only accord special rates during the low season. If your group is smaller than 10 people please use the online reservation form below. For larger groups please submit a group reservation form here

We do not have our own private parking and suggest either street parking (2 euros per office hour) or a secured parking at 21 euros a day. It is located on Boulevard Clichy, a 2 minute drive from the hotel see their site.
We don’t accept children under the age of 18 without a parent or guardian present. For your group to stay you will have to be at least 16 years old. Unlike some youth hostels we do not have an upper age limit. Most of our guests are backpackers and student groups in the 18 to 30 age range. Please be aware that you may be assigned a top bunk!

The most popular tours for hostel-goers are free walking tours is provided by various independent companies. They meet at St. Michel every day at 11:00 and at 1:00 pm. For more information please see the links on our location page.
This neighborhood is especially difficult for wheelchairs as there are cobblestones and stairs everywhere. There is also not much room in the lobby. That is not to say we would not welcome you. Should you wish to reserve here please inform us ahead of time and we will do our best to assist you and place you in a room on a lower floor as our lift is not wheelchair accessible.
