If you’re arriving into Paris CDG after midnight or your flight is delayed, you may well miss the final metro connection into the city. Fear not, there are still bus options to get you into Paris.

The Noctilien Night Bus

The last Roissybus taking you from CDG into central Paris is at 00:30. However, it’s not the LAST bus. From 00:30am to 5am, Paris noctilien night bus service begins running from the airport. Two separate services, the N140 and the N43 run from all three of CDG’s terminals.

N143

The N143 bus begins its journey at Terminal 3, before picking up at Terminal 1 and then 2 on route to Paris Gare de l’Est. The N143 also calls at Paris’ largest train station Gare du Nord, where you can get connecting trains and buses to your destination. The journey takes on average around 55 minutes, as traffic is at its quietest.

The first N143 bus runs from 00:32 and then once an hour until 4:32.

N140

The N143 likewise begins at Terminal 3, passing through 1 and then 2 before arriving at Gare de l’Est. Like the N143, the N140 also calls at Gare du Nord. It begins running at 1am and continues until 4am. However, the N143 does not go directly to Paris, instead stopping at a number of suburbs on the way. Accordingly, it takes longer to arrive in the city at around 80 minutes.

Cost

Both buses cost €8 or 4 metro/bus tickets. Those holding Paris Visite travel cards from zones 1-5 can also use this card for the journey.

Tickets can be purchased from metro and RER stations, or directly from the driver on the bus.
